MortgagePulse is a web design and software product. When you purchase MortgagePulse, you are purchasing a customized, branded webpage and supporting software tools โ nothing more.
We build and host a professional dashboard webpage for licensed mortgage loan officers and brokers. The agent pays a one-time fee to receive a fully customized webpage displaying publicly available housing market data alongside their professional profile, NMLS disclosures, and contact information.
MortgagePulse is offered by MaxGio Digital, an independent digital software company located in Draper, Utah. We design, build, and host software tools for digital professionals.

MortgagePulse is not any of the following:
- Not a mortgage lender. We do not originate, fund, or underwrite mortgage loans of any kind.
- Not a mortgage broker. We do not take or process loan applications. We do not shop your application with lenders on your behalf.
- Not a loan referral service. We do not refer consumers to lenders or loan officers in exchange for compensation. We do not collect or transmit loan inquiries to any lending institution.
- Not a rate-quoting service. Any interest rate figures displayed on agent dashboards are publicly sourced market averages for informational and display purposes only. They are not mortgage rate quotes, lock commitments, or offers to lend.
- Not a financial advisor. Nothing on this website or on any agent dashboard constitutes financial, investment, or mortgage advice.
- Not a lead generator for lenders. We do not sell or share consumer contact information with any mortgage lender or financial institution.

MaxGio Digital and MortgagePulse do not receive, accept, or solicit any commissions, referral fees, kickbacks, or compensation of any kind from any mortgage lender, broker, bank, credit union, title company, or any other party in connection with any mortgage transaction.
Our only source of revenue is the one-time software purchase fee paid directly by the licensed mortgage professional purchasing the product. We have no financial relationship with any lender or financial institution.
We comply fully with the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA), which prohibits kickbacks and unearned fees in connection with federally related mortgage transactions. We are not a settlement service provider under RESPA and we make no referrals of settlement services.

When you purchase MortgagePulse, you receive a customized webpage that you populate with your own professional information. You are solely and entirely responsible for:
- The accuracy of all information you enter into your dashboard, including your name, NMLS number(s), licensed states, company affiliation, contact information, and any custom disclosure text.
- Ensuring that all content on your dashboard page complies with applicable federal and state laws, including but not limited to the SAFE Act, Truth in Lending Act (TILA), Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA), Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), and all applicable state mortgage advertising regulations.
