Terms of Use
These terms govern access to MortgagePulse and related aiwaw.store pages, software, profile tools, reports, resource builders, and administrative features.
Software platform
MortgagePulse is a software and web-publishing platform. It is not a lender, mortgage broker, loan referral service, law firm, compliance department, credit bureau, or financial adviser. Use of the platform does not create a borrower-lender or attorney-client relationship.
Professional responsibility
Licensed users are responsible for the accuracy, authorization, approval, and continued currency of profile information, licensing data, NMLS numbers, company names, disclosures, links, reports, social posts, flyers, and other distributed material. Users must follow sponsoring-company policies and all applicable federal, state, and local advertising rules.
Accounts and security
License keys and administrative sessions must be protected from unauthorized use. Users may not share access in a way that exceeds the purchased license or attempt to bypass security, scrape private areas, introduce malicious code, or interfere with the service.
Acceptable content
Users may upload or publish only material they have the right to use. Content must not be deceptive, unlawful, discriminatory, infringing, defamatory, malicious, or designed to collect confidential borrower documents outside an approved secure portal.
Third-party services and data
The service may connect to payment providers, market-data sources, NMLS Consumer Access, video platforms, AI providers, custom domains, and other third parties. Their availability, accuracy, terms, and privacy practices are outside MortgagePulse’s control.
AI-assisted and generated content
AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable. It must be reviewed by the licensed professional and, where required, the sponsoring company or compliance officer before use. Nothing is automatically published to a social network by the MortgagePulse LinkedIn drafting tool.
Availability and changes
Features may be updated, corrected, suspended, or discontinued to maintain security, performance, legal requirements, or product quality. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Fees and refunds
Purchase, subscription, renewal, and refund terms displayed at checkout or by the authorized payment provider apply to the transaction. Custom-domain services require the customer to control or be authorized to use the domain and to complete self-service DNS steps unless a different written service is purchased.
Disclaimer and limitation
The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. aiwaw.store is not responsible for professional decisions, loan outcomes, regulatory approval, third-party outages, or losses caused by inaccurate user-entered information. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
