Privacy Policy and State Privacy Notice

This policy explains how aiwaw.store and MortgagePulse collect, use, retain, and disclose personal information through the MortgagePulse sales site, public agent profiles, administrative tools, contact forms, resource builders, and related services.

Information we collect

• Account and purchase information, including license keys and purchaser email addresses supplied through authorized payment or licensing services.
• Professional profile information entered by licensed mortgage professionals, including contact, company, licensing, NMLS, biography, media, and disclosure information.
• Information a visitor submits through a contact form, such as name, email, phone number, and message.
• Technical and security information such as IP address, browser information, timestamps, session identifiers, error logs, and abuse-prevention records.
• Files voluntarily uploaded by an authenticated agent, such as professional photographs, logos, signatures, and flyer assets.

How information is used

We use information to authenticate users, deliver purchased software features, publish agent-selected profile content, route contact requests, generate requested documents, maintain security, prevent fraud and spam, provide support, meet legal obligations, and improve reliability.

Cookies and sessions

MortgagePulse uses necessary session cookies for login, security, and saved administrative activity. The site may also load third-party services selected by the user, such as embedded video providers, which may apply their own privacy practices.

Browser privacy signals and tracking

MortgagePulse does not use personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Because there is no universally adopted meaning for the legacy browser “Do Not Track” signal, the site does not change its necessary session or security functions in response to that signal. Where applicable law requires recognition of a valid opt-out preference signal, we will process that signal for the activity to which it applies.

Disclosure of information

Information may be disclosed to service providers that support hosting, payment processing, email delivery, security, analytics, document generation, or customer support; to the sponsoring mortgage company when appropriate; to comply with law; or in connection with a business transfer. We do not authorize service providers to use information for unrelated purposes.

Retention and security

Information is retained for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose collected, contractual obligations, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, backups, and legal requirements. We use administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

California notice

California residents may have rights to know, access, correct, delete, and obtain information about certain disclosures, and to opt out of sale or sharing when applicable. MortgagePulse states that it does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. California rights depend on the law’s applicability, exemptions, and identity-verification requirements. We will not unlawfully discriminate against a person for exercising an applicable privacy right.

Utah notice

Utah residents may have rights under the Utah Consumer Privacy Act when the law applies, including rights to access certain personal data, delete personal data they provided, obtain a portable copy of data they provided, and opt out of certain targeted advertising or sale activities. MortgagePulse does not sell personal data or use it for targeted advertising. Rights remain subject to statutory thresholds, exemptions, authentication, and permitted limitations.

Children

The service is intended for adults and mortgage professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13.

Requests and contact

To ask a privacy question or submit an applicable access, correction, deletion, or portability request, email support@aiwaw.store. We may request information needed to verify identity and authority.

Changes

We may update this policy when services or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top identifies the current version.
