Licensed mortgage professionals who purchase access to MortgagePulse provide their own professional information (name, NMLS number, photo, contact details) for display on their public dashboard pages. This information is displayed publicly as part of their professional advertising. Agents are solely responsible for the accuracy and compliance of their profile information under applicable NMLS, SAFE Act, and state licensing regulations.

6. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information stored on our Platform, including encrypted database storage and secure HTTPS connections. However, no internet transmission is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
