Refunds, Renewals, and Cancellation

This policy explains the billing terms for the MortgagePulse individual software license and the optional custom-domain connection service. Checkout terms shown for a specific transaction control if they provide more favorable rights.

Individual MortgagePulse license

The individual MortgagePulse license is sold as a one-time purchase and is not a recurring platform subscription. The current sales page includes a 30-day money-back guarantee. A purchaser requesting a refund should contact support@aiwaw.store within 30 calendar days of purchase and include the purchase email address and order information.

When a refund is issued, the related license key, hosted profile, and access to paid features may be disabled. Refunds are returned through the original payment method when supported by the payment provider.

Optional custom-domain connection

The optional custom-domain connection is a separate recurring service currently advertised at $9.99 per month. It renews and is charged at the stated billing interval until canceled. The service is self-service at this price: the customer receives registrar-specific DNS instructions and remains responsible for making the DNS changes. The plan does not include screen sharing, access to the customer’s registrar account, registrar-login assistance, or done-for-you DNS configuration.

How to cancel a recurring service

A subscriber may cancel through any cancellation method provided by the billing platform or by emailing support@aiwaw.store from the purchaser email address. Submit the request before the next renewal date to prevent the next charge. Cancellation stops future renewals; access normally continues through the paid billing period unless the customer requests earlier disconnection or applicable law requires a different result.

Recurring-charge notices

Recurring terms, price, billing frequency, and cancellation information should be presented clearly before enrollment and in the purchase acknowledgment. Renewal or price-change notices will be provided when required by applicable law. Continued use after a disclosed price change may require renewed consent where legally required.

Monthly-service refunds

Charges for a billing period that has already begun are generally nonrefundable unless the checkout terms, payment provider, or applicable law provides otherwise. Duplicate, unauthorized, or erroneous charges should be reported promptly so they can be investigated.

Team, brokerage, and custom work

Refund, cancellation, deployment, and maintenance terms for team packages, brokerage rollouts, custom development, or separately quoted services are governed by the applicable written order, proposal, or checkout terms.
